All you need is....

One holiday is over, on to the next. And I'm in such a pink mood! I have a few images ready and waiting, now just need to decide what I want to do with them.

So my question for you is: Do you do anything for Valentine's Day and if so, does it go beyond a card? Do your children get little gifts for the day or just a hug and a kiss (in addition to all the others they already get)? I'm wondering if some of my ideas will work...

I am in a pink mood also. last year we had a "red" dinner. We tried to have foods that were red and decorated in red with plates, cups and silverwear. I used a lot of red food coloring in the rice and rice crispie treats. I am looking forward to it again this year.

PS I am looking forward to valentines images, hopefully there are a few I can stamp with *wink*

We always get our daughter a little something for Valentine's day and have a Valentine themed dinner party with our niece and nephew with paper plates and cups and napkins. Children love it. For us it is more of a day for kids than grownups.

Can't wait to see your new images.

We don't celebrate Valentine's Day (aprt from out first one together all those years ago!) but I was wondering if it was worth listing a pink/red garland with 2 lovebirds on Etsy?

We don't celebrate Valentine's day really so I can't help you on that...
I do think that there's a market out there though. :)

I love Valentine's day for it's sentiments of love and the colours pink and red. Not romantic love necessarily but LOVE! I don't do much now, but I used to make pink cupcakes:)and wee goodie bags for my daughter and her friends.

I think valentines day is a present giving day between lovers, husbands and wives etc. I wouldn't give a present to my children on Valentines day.

Hey Chichi! It's been a while since I've commented and I am so surprised at how many people DON'T do something for Valentine's day. I have always done something for my hubby and kids - usually a little treat bag of goodies, and for my older son, usually some heart-covered boxers for him to sleep in. =)

I'm going to be stalking Em to see if there are new images!!

Happy New Year...
