Or how to make a 7 year old birthday girl happy...
Step 1 - Chop up some strawberries
Step 2 - Make up a strawberry mousse
Step 3 - Line your tin with lots of yummy biscuits
Step 4 - Put it all together
Step 5 - Say a little prayer
Step 6 - Flip your creation onto your cake stand (and let out a sigh of relief!)

Oh njummie! And congrats :-D
Oh my own little strawberry lovers would go crazy for this. Can you share the recipe. I'm assuming you chill it before unmolding? And do you think you could make it with Twinkies??? - I mean I am in the USA after all :-)
Looks absolutely delicious! Yummmmmmmmmm
Looks Yummy!
I'll have to translate the recipe, but it is very yummy!
No need for Twinkies though, you should be able to purchase Lady Fingers in the US. Same bicuit as used for Tiramisu.
ooh that looks really good! :D
Yummalish! Did she like it?
mmm...that looks delicious!
Happy day! This looks so pretty and delicious!
