Party Frocks Freebies

'Tis the season for dressing up in pretty frocks, full of colours and patterns. So why should Pippa, Imogen and Anna miss out?

The girls should have a bit of winter fun as well, so I've prepared a few little frocks for them. With matching hair accessories of course! I do have one other outfit in mind, something that would be just perfect for a good old snowball fight, but you'll all just have to wait and see about that one.

In the meantime, I hope you enjoy these little dresses and maybe a bit of hot cider as well.

(as always, the downloads are over there on the right under Paper Doll Freebies)

This is why... blog has been so quiet lately.

A photo of today's packages. Phew! So glad they are at the post office at this point, but a bit worried that we may be having a postal strike tomorrow. Vive la France!

Okay, time to get back to the rest of the orders....

The Votes are in....

Okay, at the moment when I'm writing this I will admit that there is still 1 hour left in the voting. But given the current trend, unless there is a sudden surge of mad-capped embroider-ers out there who are planning on staging a last minute come-back, it looks like the card makers have it.

Thank you to all who have helped out with this decision. It allowed me to concentrate on getting orders out to customers and not have to think about what to do with this illustration. A big relief!

I've spend the day between painting and gluing and cutting and tying and I now feel very much relieved. So much so that I've gone ahead and made a 4x6 inch card pdf of Teacup Tobogganing for you to download. But because I love those of you out there who love to stitch as well, I've also gone ahead and uploaded an embroidery pattern for you to download as well. As usual, you can find them listed over there on the right. Just scroll down a wee little bit.

I hope that you will come back and share your creations with me. I'd love to see where this little mouse ends up on her (or his?) adventures!

Have fun!

Need Your Input

I've been a very bad blogger lately despite all my claims and efforts that I was going to be better at it.

The good news is that I've been a bad blogger because business is booming and I'm having a very busy season. The bad news is that part of my delay is also due to various viruses that have apparently decided to take up residence in our home. Tis the season as they say!

To make it up to all those who do read my blog, I've decided that I need to give you a free download. And so I have this very cute image (okay, well I think it's cute) that I've titled Teacup Tobogganing and that I'd love to set up in some way for you all to use and enjoy, but I'm stumped. Probably due to lack of brain functioning which would be a direct result of lack of sleep.

And so I'm asking for your help. How would you best like to see this image as a download? Shall I give you choices? Set up a poll? Let's try it and see what happens!

PS - see poll on the right over there!

Thank you for participating!

Rosie's Winter Activities

Introducing Rosie! At least that's what I've chosen to call her and I think she'll eventually grow into it. I haven't heard any complaints from her yet so fingers crossed she'll be content being Rosie.

Rosie has been sitting around on a few scraps of paper for a while now, while other Rosies have been floating around in my head. I only finally decided that it was time to introduce her to the world and let her come into her own.

So here is your first peek at her. And you can purchase her in printable stamp form for your own cardmaking and scrapbooking. She's be ever so happy to make new friends!

There are currently 4 Rosie images available with more to come soon.

Oh, and as an added bonus, there is also a new Winter Eloise available too! I hope you'll come see!

Remember in my shop, you can choose the currency you want to shop in! No more guessing at prices. Hooray!!

Because sometimes... just feel like being a deliquant mum and serving the kids French toast with maple syrup for dinner. And today felt like a good day to do that!

Of course, in France, French toast is not called French toast, but pain perdu instead (translation: lost bread).

Either way, it's still yummy and guaranteed to avoid any arguments from kids. Just what was on the menu this evening.

Blog of the Month and Giveaway

Surprise! It's mine and it's featured over on Fabulous Finds. To be very honest, I have blog envy when I look at Heather's blog. I'm a wee bit jealous. I just love the colours and of course, the polka dots! I guess it's time to revamp the BoulieBlog, but maybe after the holidays.

In the meantime, you can check out the Fabulous Finds blog to sign up for a giveaway to win one of my personalised prints for your child (or someone else's if you want!). It's really perfect timing for the upcoming holidays and what a lovely gift. And you can choose from any of my shops if you are the winner.

So hurry over to Heather's blog and sign up. Couldn't be easier really!
